At River Trail School, we are proud to provide daily Physical Education to every student. We begin classes with a daily stretching routine, followed by a quick running assignment. We are always participating in fun and challenging activities such as frisbee, yoga, climbing, bowling, or jumping rope. We also learn the skills and lead up activities needed to participate in team sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, and softball. Every Wednesday is Workout Wednesday in the gym! On these days we focus on our 5 components of fitness and work hard at improving muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
